Export data from your event, such as visitor list, company list, visitor logs per session (including check-in logs), ticket registration and ticket payment history.

Export files from your event:
List of visitors registered at the event
In this export file, you will find the database of visitors registered for the event and their responses on the visitor form as well.
- Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
- Navigate to Visitors tab and click Visitors List.
- Click Export (green button) on the right side of the page.
- In the dialog box, click Export again.
- Save the .xlsx file to your computer.
Tip: After the event, If you filler the "tag" column in the .xlsx file and deselect all the (Blanks) cells, you will obtain the database of visitors attending the event. This only works if visitors have been associated with a smart badge in your event.
List of visitors (entries/exits) per session
In this export file, you will be able to consult the list of visitors and their status for each event's session (registered, entered and exited).
- Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
- Navigate to Visitors tab and then click Sessions/Areas tab.
- The data icon is available for each session. Click on the dataicon
for the session you want to export the file.
- Click Export Sessions Logs (green button) on the right side of the page.
- Choose the .csv or .xlsx format.
- Save the file to your computer.

The export file for each session has 6 columns.
The last two columns (E; F) indicate the visitor status in the session:
- Registered - visitors are registered in the session.
- Entered - visitors entered the session.
- Exited - visitors left the session.
- - Visitors are not registered in the session.
Tip: By exporting this file, you can find out the visitors who were attending the session by selecting the from status (column E) (=registered) to status (column F) (=entered) and, thus obtain the list of who entered the session and at what time.
Tip: You will be able to take advantage of filtering both status columns (E; F) in order to find our peak hours, how many people left the session before it ended, etc. This exercise will only be possible to perform if the access control was carried out in the event sessions.
Please note: To find out which visitors were attending the event, you can export the file for the check-in session and select the columns (E;F) from status (=registered) to status (=entered). That way you will get the list of visitors who entered at the event.
If you want to export only a single file with the attendance register for all sessions of your event, navigate to Sessions tab and click Export Sessions (green button) below the list of event sessions.
List of exhibiting companies
In this export file, you will find the database of exhibiting companies registered for the event and their responses on the exhibitor form as well.
- Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
- Navigate to Exhibitors tab and then click on Exhibitors List.
- Click Export Brands (green button) on the right side of the page.
- Choose the .csv or .xlsx format.
- Save the file to your computer.
Tip: You can identify the exhibiting companies that used a beamer device through the Device name column (D). Companies that have used a beamer will have an associated device number in column D. Those that haven't used will be "0".
List of registered tickets
In this export file, you can monitor which ticket codes were activated after the ticket purchases.
- Go to your beamian account and navigate to Visitors
- Click on Tickets.
- Go to Status tab.
- Click Export (green button) on the right side of the page.
- Save the .xlsx file to your computer.
Ticket payment history
In this export file, you will have relevant information about the history of tickets sold for the event, buyer billing information, payment methods, payment date, etc.
- Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
- Navigate to Visitors menu
- Click on Tickets
- Go to payments (legacy) tab.
- Click Export (green button) on the right side of the page.
- In the dialog box, click Export again.
- Save the file to your computer.
